Pastor and Sis Stidman have been married for 40 years. They are parents of two sons and grandparents of four. Rev. Stidman is a Titan Tire retiree. Sis Stidman still works for Freeport School District. Pastor Stidman was ordained in 1988. He was elected pastor of Friendship in 1997. He earned a Certificate of Technical Communications from Highland College and attended the School of Religion in Rockford, IL. He is a member of the Freeport Ministers Fellowship. When he is not fulfilling his pastoral duties or helping out in the community, he plays golf to relax.
Our Pastor is a man of God who led by Him above. His mind is full of wisdom; his heart is full of love. We’re so thankful he’s been called to spiritually lead our flock, His goal is our salvation, Our pastor, Our friend, Our Rock.
Being a pastors’ wife is a demanding job. You are being watched and looked at constantly. May God bless you for standing in the gap for our Pastor because behind every good man there is a good woman.
